Prizes valued at more than $80,000 will be awarded, including more than 35 live-aboard and resort scuba diving vacation packages, scuba diving equipment, and more.
Judges include underwater photography experts Martin Edge, California Diving News Senior Editor Marty Snyderman, Tony Wu and Todd Winner.
