Active independent scuba instructors with all certification agencies can now earn credit for the equipment purchased by them or their students. If their students purchase their equipment through their instructor’s account at Scuba.com, the instructor is given store credit and it can be redeemed at any time.
The instructors will also have the opportunity to create a personal webpage hosted free of charge by Scuba.com. This personal webpage is a great way for an independent instructor to advertise the specialties that they teach, the area they operate in, contact information, and even provides the opportunity to upload photos to add depth to the web page.
