Xit 404 is introducing the Aqua Pencil, Tether, and Slate to the diving public. Designed by scuba divers who believe golf pencils need to stay on the greens, the Aqua Pencil will not rust, swell, nor fail to write. It has replaceable lead and stylish design.

Aqua Pencil is a simple mechanism that feeds graphite as you need it by twisting the end. The graphite is 2 mm in diameter and 3.5″ long for plenty of supply. The graphite is easily replaced when it gets low. The pencil’s ergonomic shape fits comfortably in your hand with or without a glove. And it comes in seven popular colors: red, yellow, orange, blue, green, black and pink.

Aqua Pencil Tether is 12″ long and made from stretchable silicon rubber in a variety of colors. At each end is a novel self-locking feature that loops around itself to capture gear. Loop it through the hole on the Aqua Pencil and pull the other end through a 3/16″ diameter hole in the slate and your Aqua Pencil is secured. You can also use the Tether to secure any other lightweight gear.

Aqua Pencil Slate, provided in the kit, has been specially designed to fit the Aqua Pencil. It has a basket to capture the tip and a spot for the pencil to snap on. There is a hole designed to accept the Tether. A slot and larger hole provide various means to attach the slate to your gear. The Slate is 4″ wide x 6″ high. Other sizes of Slates will become available in the future.

The Aqua Pencil (with spare lead) and Aqua Tether are sold individually or as part of a complete kit that includes an eraser as well.
