Sport Chalet, in cooperation with Tabata USA, Aqua Lung, Mares and Sea Pearls, will be taking divers on an adventure this July with their first annual Treasure Hunt.
In the 1700’s the San Philip set sail for the West in search of new resources and riches. The 30-person ocean vessel sailed from the Atlantic Ocean across to the Pacific Ocean carrying cargo, supplies and gold. The ship mysteriously disappeared and was never found again. Three different gold treasure bars will appear somewhere off of the Pacific Coast in Southern California. Sport Chalet has found out the locations of the treasure bars and we want you to find them.
Different clues will be released each week in Sport Chalet stores and on-line. There will be three different ways to find the clues: 1) Check in regularly with your local Sport Chalet, 2) Follow Sport Chalet on Facebook or Twitter for links to the clues, 3) Surf the Sport Chalet website at www.sportchalet.com to find the regularly hidden clues in product descriptions.
When you find the treasure bar, bring it to your local Sport Chalet to claim your bounty. Only one bounty may be won per person. Each treasure bar has a different associated prize value: $5,000, $3,000, or $1,000 Gift Cards to Sport Chalet will be awarded.
