The National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI) and NAUI Services Group (NSG) is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be local to the Tampa Bay Area. NAUI is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization which provides services worldwide to its members and affiliates through its subsidiary, NSG. This position will serve as Executive Director to the non-profit and CEO to the service organization answering to both boards of directors.

Skills required for the role include:

• 5-10 years working within a diving/scuba environment in a senior operations or leadership role
• Living NAUI core values: safety, quality training & student-centered learning
• Business acumen and analytical skills including exceptional communication
• Organizational skills and ability to leverage team members to accomplish company goals
