Learning to dive is a lot like learning to drive a car. A certification card, like a driver’s license, is a license to learn, rather than an end unto itself. An Underwater Pumpkin Carving and Costume contest will take place at Casino Point, Catalina Island on October 16. And, if you can believe it, there is actually a specialty certification offered!
