The Whaler's Dive Club is based in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County. For over forty years the Whaler's have been organizing monthly dives to the Channel Islands and other spectacular Southern California dive sites. The group meets on the first Tuesday of the month, 7:00 p.m. at the Denny's Restaurant at 8330 Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Woodland Hills. Guest speakers or other entertainment are featured at every meeting. This recreational dive club and offer trips for divers of all skill levels. Newly certified divers are welcome. One planned boat dive trip and one planned beach dive trip are planned every month. The Whaler's also plan one or two exotic multi-day vacation trips each year. They have traveled to some of the best dive destinations on the planet from Cozumel to Fiji. Non-Members are welcome and there is no minimum participation requirement for members.
